Thank you for your interest in the products and services of VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from My VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC is 365 days from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

evidence of disassembly of warrantied product not performed by VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC may also void warranty of product.

In some cases, to which pre-microbial formation is found within the custom liquid cooling system, prior to the recommended service interval set forth by VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC, Must be submitted to VNC

along with picture evidence and dated notification of microbial issues in order to obtain eligibility for warranty status of some or all components related to or damaged from microbial contamination of the cooling system.

If evidence sent along with proper notification to VNC is sent within a reasonable time period and is found to be creditable, VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC will authorize for Warranty Status – Pending diagnosis by VNC and determination of which component, components, or in some rare cases, the entire system. In times where the particular component may not be available or no longer made by the manufacture, VNC will replace with a comparable component with equal or greater value with no additional cost to the Customer.

If VNC determines that a remedy sent to the client such as a cooling system cleaner, microbial treatment, silver coil, etc., will not bring the cooling system back to a satisfactory status prior to the found contamination, then VNC may authorize and cover the cost of shipping the system back to the Company in order to fully Fix or Replace any components negatively impacted from the issue, including some or all of the cooling system or any other component damaged as a result of the issue with the cooling system.

The cost of the repairs or replacement and its shipping will be covered under VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC for the first-year warranty. In cases where the entire system is warrantied VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC will Issue a New Warranty with the New Replacement System Equal to or of greater value than the one it replaces.

Any evidence of overvoltage outside the safe parameters set forth by the product manufacture or established by VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC for the systems overclocking capability, will result in suspension of all warranties obtaining to the system, making any repair or replacement customer pay. This may also result in other charges such as an diagnostics fees in the pursuit to find the issue leading to the discovery of violation of the warranty agreement.

However, If damage is found to be related a bad component, or further damage accrued because of the damage component/components, VNC will honor the first year warranty of part, parts, or entire system including all labor and shipping charges
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Shipping?
In cases of such product or products being submitted and authorized for warranty claim that reside outside the local service areas, shipping of the defective item, items or the entire system may be requested in order to properly diagnose and or fix/replace the defective product.
VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC reserves the right to either charge or not charge shipping and handling. Typically, defective componentry due to manufacture defect within the warranty time period is often, though not always, can be provided by VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC free of charge to the owner of the product.
While VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC may pay for and send a return shipping label for warranty purposes, it is the customers soul responsibility to adhere to VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC return shipping instructions.
Failure to adhere to the return instructions can and most likely result in further damage to the system due to its size, weight, and delicate nature, which would not be from manufacture defect. In the event that the following is discovered when received by VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC

Shipped back not within the original shipping crate when shipping back entire system for repair

Improper packing of the product,

Not properly prepping computer system for shipping by draining the cooling system and properly installed any and all possible component retention braces such as the retention bracket stabilizing the GPU of GPU’s to the systems chassis.
If it is found that further damage was caused by the customer not adhering to the specific and proper shipping practices set forth by VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC, may result in products warranty becoming void and both shipping and labor costs may be charged to the client prior. In some extreme cases VELOCITY Networking & Computing LLC Reserves the right to hold onto the system in question until bill is paid in full.
